Bayonne Education Association Endorses Team Davis
BAYONNE, NJ – The Bayonne Education Association, the native academics’ union representing almost 1,000 instructional professionals in metropolis colleges, has endorsed Mayor Jimmy Davis and his workforce within the upcoming May 10 election. The coveted endorsement, which each the Davis and Nadrowski campaigns actively pursued, provides vital momentum to the Davis marketing campaign heading into the ultimate weeks of the election.
“After meeting with both major candidates, reviewing their records and conducting interviews through our screening committee, we came to the conclusion that Mayor Davis and his team are the best choice to continue moving our city forward,” mentioned BEA President Gene Woods. “Mayor Davis’ leadership has been critical to revitalization of Bayonne and our members will be working to ensure that he is re-elected on May 10th.”
Mayor Davis not too long ago introduced the endorsement of the influential Hotel and Gaming Trades Council union and can be asserting extra supporters together with labor organizations, group teams and elected officers over the approaching weeks.
“Bayonne teachers go above and beyond every day for our children and our community, so I’m incredibly proud to have the endorsement of the Bayonne Education Association,” mentioned Mayor Davis. “I would like to thank Gene Woods, the members of the screening committee and every single member of the BEA and their families for their support.”
