The Blessing of the Animals is set for Saturday morning at Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages.
Pet registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The blessing will start at 10 a.m.
There shall be alternatives for pictures along with your pets. Vendors may also be on web site.
On the day of the occasion, volunteers shall be accepting donations of canine and cat meals to be distributed by the Hope Lake Weir Campus Food Pantry. Cash donations will profit YOUR Humane Society SPCA.
This 12 months, Hope Lutheran may also be accepting cookie donations. Cookie donations shall be accepted beginning Wednesday, Oct. 6 by means of Friday, Oct. 8. They might be dropped off at the entrance desk at Hope Central Campus throughout workplace hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cookies have to be in Ziploc baggage.
