Wayne County residents have one other alternative to place their timber to good use.

Claws ‘N’ Paws Wild Animal Park in Lake Ariel asks that you simply donate your Christmas tree to the animals. Some animals will eat them and others see them as one thing new to play with. All tinsel, garland, hooks and ornaments have to be eliminated earlier than you donate them. They can not have any pretend snow on them or be sprayed with any chemical substances. You can drop your outdated tree off within the second parking zone which is to the left after pulling into the zoo. They’re being accepted any day between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. beginning Sunday.
