Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday visited the under-construction campus of the upcoming Delhi Teachers’ University at Bakkarwala village and knowledgeable that it’s going to be opened this year for a complete of 5,000 college students.
Delhi Government will arrange Delhi Teachers University on 12 acres of land and college students will be ready to apply for admission from 2022 itself as Sisodia directed officers to quick monitor the work of establishing this college in Bakkarwala village as classes will begin in 2022.

The University could have lecture halls, digital labs, and a library with world-class services. The four-storey essential college block has been divided into two parts- the Administrative ground and Education Floor.
