YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Police Department reported to the East aspect of Youngstown as a result of a canine, Oreo, was chained to the again of a car and dragged down the street.
According to a Facebook put up from the Animal Charity of Ohio, a humane agent can be on the scene now with Oreo.
Eye witnesses report Oreo was dragged by a car going roughly 35 mph for about 100 yards and then chained up in a again yard.
The canine is lacking all her nails on one foot, has extreme abrasions on all her legs, abdomen and chin.
Oreo was keen to be within the arms of the humane agent.
