Extending paternity leaves to reduce the burden of elevating kids on moms, incentivising employers and sensitisation of the company sector to using extra ladies staff have been among the many suggestions made by specialists on the Final Law Review Consultation on the Maternity Benefit Act, the NCW stated on Saturday.
