WATERLOO — Firefighters have been capable of save a rural Waterloo barn and the entire animals inside have been safely rescued Tuesday night.
Ashley-Hudson Fire Chief Dave Barrand mentioned the fire was contained to the inside of an approximate 70-foot by 50-foot barn owned by Travis and Alyssa Ely in the 800 block of C.R. 39.
Firefighters have been dispatched simply earlier than 9 p.m. and declared the fire underneath management at 10 p.m. after making certain there have been no remaining scorching spots or extension. Ashley-Hudson firefighters remained on the scene till about 11 p.m.
Cows, rabbits, chickens and llamas have been rescued from the constructing. Barrand didn’t know what number of animals have been inside.
