Celiac.com 05/28/2021 – In my seek for medical solutions, the research of lectins did clarify a lot.  (e.g. The (*1*)) Once we see that these dangerous glycoproteins, particularly these from gluten, dairy, soy and corn, could cause tissue harm/irritation all by themselves, with out an immune response, issues actually begin making sense. The immune response is secondary to that harm, which helps to clarify why we see such variation in the measurable response by totally different people.
