LOS GATOS, CA — The Youth Science Institute Nature Center in Los Gatos introduced this week that it will have a “grand reopening” on May 28 at Vasona Lake County Park.
The renovated nature heart will embody a number of interpretive and interactive shows. There shall be an creativeness play space for kids to discover nature, a magnetic wall displaying the park’s ecosystem that’s inhabited by quite a lot of wildlife and plant species, a chalkboard tree, a wildlife habitat show and reside animals.
Animals embody Western Pond Turtles, American Bullfrog, Western Toad, Pacific Gopher Snake, California Newt, and California Mountain Kingsnake.
The grand reopening is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 28.
The heart is positioned at 333 Blossom Hill Road, and it’s open Monday via Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to three p.m.
