MURFREESBORO — Greene, Coffee and White counties are the winners of the Beef Backer Contest, which inspired customers to buy and put together beef throughout July Beef Month, based on a information launch.
The Tennessee Beef Industry Council partnered with Tennessee Farm Bureau’s Young Farmers and Ranchers to develop this contest to assist younger producers create native occasions selling beef.
Eleven occasions have been held, reaching hundreds of customers with beef samples, instructional supplies and giveaways.
