Iredell Health System is happy to announce Heather D. Stevenson, MSN, RN, as its new Director of Education.
Stevenson has intensive expertise within the healthcare area in numerous medical settings. She was a licensed sensible nurse for 17 years, working in a pediatric workplace for many of these years. Stevenson additionally labored in a pediatric cardiac intensive care unit and have become cross-trained within the pediatric intensive care unit.
Stevenson has further expertise as a care coordinator, interim nurse supervisor, medical supervisor, and as an educator within the pediatric intensive care unit. In 2020, Stevenson accepted a place with Iredell Health System within the training division. She additionally at the moment teaches nursing clinicals for Forsyth Technical Community College.
As the Director of Education, Stevenson will mentor and lead the training employees, making certain each worker within the well being system is up-to-date on their training.

In her free time, Stevenson enjoys spending time together with her household and boating on Lake Norman.
