The 43-year-old man was arrested at St Mary’s High School on Kalang Avenue in St Mary’s about 7.50pm yesterday and has since been charged with crimes together with bestiality and committing an act of cruelty on an animal.
He is accused of assaulting goats and sheep housed inside a farm on the school between April 27 and May 18.
Police started investigating the alleged crimes after alleged break ins on the school have been reported earlier this month.
The man arrested was final evening charged with 14 offences together with break and enter, do indictable offence (not steal/injury), destroy or injury property, commit an act of cruelty upon an animal, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises with out lawful excuse and bestiality.
He was refused bail final evening and is because of seem in Penrith Local Court right now.
