Melford exhibit honors trees and nature | Westerly


MYSTIC — Furniture designer Caely Melford stood subsequent to her father, Michael Melford, one morning final week within the Charles H. Davis Gallery on the Mystic Museum of Art.

“I’m so happy with him,” Caely, a 2006 Stonington High School graduate who for a few years held the college file for many objectives scored in a women lacrosse season, mentioned  as she smiled at her dad then appeared across the room at his extraordinary tree images at present on show in an exhibit titled “Michael Melford: A Passage between Earth and Sky.” “It’s superb to see all this come collectively.”
