RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Grinch was making an attempt to steal Christmas in downtown Rapid City Wednesday morning.
The Grinch, a.okay.a. Mother Nature, huffed and puffed and blew the tree in Main Street Square down at round 10 a.m.
One tether snapped and the 3,000 pound tree fell proper onto the ice.
No one was harm and the rink was not broken, however the tree stays on its facet till officers can exchange the metallic spike on which the tree is centered.
There isn’t any ETA simply but on when the tree can be again up.
