Music education major named fall 2021 Arts and Architecture student marshal


UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Brenna Arnoldi has been named the Penn State College of Arts and Architecture’s student marshal for fall 2021. She will graduate with a bachelor of music education diploma and minor in particular education on the school’s graduation ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 18. Active in quite a few music ensembles, together with the Blue Band, and recipient of a number of scholarships, she has maintained a 3.99 GPA.

Arnoldi performs the French horn within the Philharmonic Orchestra, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band and Horn Ensemble, the place she served as vp in 2018 and 2019. Arnoldi has been awarded the Kermit and Hassel/Hurwitz Endowed Scholarship, Hughes-Young Scholarship, Johnstone Endowed Scholarship, Penn State Blue Band Academic Award, French Horn Scholarship and the Provost’s Award. In May 2022, Arnoldi will journey to Jamaica to show music to underprivileged youth as part of the Jamaican Field Experience. She plans to hunt a job as a center college band director.
