Nature At The Confluence invitations the general public to come back and choose up bare-root oak saplings as they rejoice Earth Day and Arbor Day. Rock River Trails Coordinator Therese Oldenburg says oak bushes are a wonderful technique to restore habitats. Oldenburg says they’re giving them away as a result of they supply meals and shelter for animals, bugs and creatures. She says they’ve given away 117,000 bushes over, what might be, 12 years they’ve executed this alongside the Rock River and hope they’re making a big effect on the Rock River hall. Nature At The Confluence is giving away free oak saplings 9:00 a.m. subsequent Friday and Saturday.
