Dozens of uncared for animals had been found at a Hunterdon County animal rescue, in response to legislation enforcement.
Prosecutors say investigators found 71 uncared for animals together with horses, cows, goats and pigs on the Rooster’s Rescue Foundation Inc.
Several different dead animals had been additionally found on the property.
Michael Featherston, who allegedly owns the rescue, faces animal cruelty and gun expenses.
