Anna Maria Siega-Riz, dean of the School of Public Health and Health Sciences and professor in each vitamin and epidemiology, not too long ago appeared as an invited speaker at the International Food Information Council (IFIC) Agricultural Technology and Food Salon held Oct. 6-7 to rejoice the International Day of the Girl Child. The IFIC is a nonprofit instructional group with a mission to successfully talk science-based details about well being, vitamin, meals security and agriculture.
