Having needed to reschedule a sequence of native talking engagements to advertise their new e book due to a publishing delay, author Judy Benson and artist Roxanne Steed now can reveal a brand new set of dates to rejoice publication of “Earth and Sky: Nature Meditations in Word and Watercolor“ starting next month.
The book of short nature meditations is an imprint of the New London Librarium, based in the Hanover section of Sprague, and is intended to inspire reflections and creativity.
“It was a strange and difficult journey we all went through collectively and individually that is worth looking back on as we move forward into an uncertain future,” Benson writes within the preface.
Benson, of New London, is the communications coordinator for Connecticut Sea Grant and former well being and atmosphere reporter for The Day. Steed is an artist and trainer with a studio at her house in Mystic.
The e book is offered at Amazon and on the writer’s website, NLLibrarium.com.
Benson and Steed have scheduled two talking/e book-signing occasions:
* Jan. 5, 4:30 p.m. at Roger Tory Peterson Estuary Center in Old Lyme.
* Jan. 9, 2 p.m. at Groton Public Library
