Trump Refers to Russian Aggression Toward Ukraine as ‘Genius’

Former President Donald J. Trump known as Russia’s aggression towards Ukraine “genius” and known as President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia “very savvy” for describing the troops aligned on the Ukrainian border as peacekeepers.
