The scholarship is open to undergraduates and graduate college students attending 19 faculties and universities all through the American Advertising Federation-Houston (AAF), tenth District’s four-state space. Echeverria is one of 15 excellent college students who obtained a $5,000 scholarship for tuition, charges and college mortgage reimbursement.
