What steps the Dept. of Education takes during an investigation into a school educator


HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) – The Educational Professional Standards Board (EPSB) handles investigations and prosecutes instances involving educator misconduct.

”The EPSB determines whether or not issues are referred for investigation as a consequence of complaints which are filed towards licensed educators,” stated Kentucky Department of Education spokesperson, Toni Konz Tatman.
